No-shows are extremely detrimental to the quality of our events. Again, cancellations within 72-hours of the start of the event will NOT be refunded for any reason, no exception.

If you decide to cancel, you MUST let us know. And this is ONLY if we are notified 72-hours or more in advance of the event. For example, a death in your immediate family or a sudden severe illness.
